Mindfulness is about observation - in every moment there is an opportunity to pause and observe and really BE in the moment. Taking just a few moments to do this each day can improve your mental and physical well-being: improved levels of happiness, quality of sleep, blood pressure, quality of life, and sense of inner peace. This program includes 14 simple exercises to practise mindfulness. You may complete one step per day, or perhaps focus on one step for a week - 14 weeks of mindfulness? What a treat! Although some of the exercises may seem counter-intuitive in a society that demands that we are busy all the time, you may notice that taking some time out, allows you to be more productive when you're back in. May this program be the inspiration and motivation you need to live a life of mindfulness. PS. The steps do not have to be completed in chronological order.
