Born in 2018, Bodhi began with a focus on physical health through movement. As it has grown and learnt, that focus has evolved.
Bodhi exists to assist people in achieving their health and healing goals. We believe that knowledge is power - with improved self-awareness and practical skills to implement consistently, we can live our best lives.
Bodhi is manifesting a world where health is in the hands of each person, not found in a doctor’s room. We cannot wait for each person to find movement they love, to eat in a way that feels good for them, to manage the unavoidable stress of this day and age, to sleep well every night and to love themselves and others unconditionally.
Bodhi is guided by the fact that everyone is an individual and there is no “one size fits all”. Bodhi prioritises progress over perfection. Bodhi believes that a holistic approach to health and wellness includes nourishing the body, mind, spirit and the connections we have with others.
